특정 솔라나 시스템 계정(System Account)이 SPL 토큰을 전송받기 위해 필요한 전용 토큰 계정인 ATA(Associated Token Account)의 생성을 블록체인 네트워크에 요청합니다. ATA가 이미 존재하거나 유효하지 않은 주소일 경우 요청이 거절됩니다. 트랜잭션을 발생시키고 생성을 위한 네트워크 수수료를 지불하는 주체는 수수료 주소입니다.
