Access Child Address Balance Sum

https://api.testnet.octet.im/2.0/wallets//child-addresses/balance/sum

Accesses total amount of the balance stored in the child address. Does not use the result of an RPC call, but rather the result recorded by deposit event propagation, which is faster but may be slower to reflect the balance.
