If the withdrawal is already in progress by the scheduler, the withdrawal may proceed even if the API call is successful.
The most common reason for withdrawal delays is insufficient balance. When planning to use this API, avoid depositing to the withdrawal's from address.
In cases where the transaction expiration period has elapsed during the manual signing process of a Paycoin multisig, causing the signature to fail, you can cancel the withdrawal to proceed with a new one. This is only possible if the wallet is a Paycoin wallet and the withdrawal status is AWAITING_SIGNING.
