Send Signed Transaction

Propagates the signed transaction to the blockchain. When successful, it returns the txid of the blockchain transaction. Currently supporting Ethereum, Kaia, Scon, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Jart, Wemix, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Kon, Kroma, Ksta platforms.
