CA_DEPLOYMENT: CA deployment transaction

Txid to Access. Enter to access transactions of a specific txid.

Address to Access. Enter to access transactions sent from or received by a specific txid.

예시) PENDING,FAILED 를 입력한 경우, PENDING과 FAILED 상태인 트랜잭션을 조회합니다.
PENDING: 블록에 포함되기를 기다리는 중
UNFINALIZED: 블록에 포함되었으나 충분한 수의 confirmation이 필요함
FINALIZED: 블록에 포함되었으며 충분한 수의 confirmation을 거침
FAILED: 실패
